If you are a current Tabletop sponsor for HCWC, the 2025 HCWC Tabletop Exhibitor Service Kit (ESK) will be coming soon! The ESK will have important details about what comes with the tabletop sponsorship, details on what you can do for your display, shipping information, and more.

Register Staff Badges

The link to register your staff for the Healthcare Waste Conference is coming soon!

Once the link to register staff is available, you will find your Company Name, and then use your password on your Invoice to login.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you have a booth in WasteExpo and a Tabletop in the Healthcare Waste Conference, please contact Nicki McNeil to get your badges for HCWC registered.   

Badge Amount:

  • Each badge includes access to the Healthcare Waste Conference & WasteExpo Show Floor.
  • One free badge is included with your Tabletop, all badges after that are $365 before March 1, 2025
  • On March 2, 2025 the price of additional badges will increase to $410.
  • Each tabletop will receive (2) Welcome Reception tickets.
