Industry specialists will help your company make the most of its valuable time during the show by introducing your company to relevant U.S. exhibitors. Please view the Trade Event Partnership Program (TEPP) for a list of U.S. companies interested in exporting to your country.
The U.S. Commercial Service wants to help you, the International Buyer, find American suppliers of quality products and services at WasteExpo. Located in most American embassies and consulates, your local U.S. Commercial Service office can help you get the most out of WasteExpo. If you are planning to visit WasteExpo as a representative of a qualified company*, you are automatically eligible to attend under the auspices of the U.S. Commercial Service as part of an official Embassy/Consulate Delegation - even if you prefer to travel alone.
You may request a visa invitation letter while registering to attend the show. On the Personal information page after you select your country, click "Yes, I require an invitation letter." This will prompt you to enter your Visa letter information.
If you select electronic letter it will be emailed immediately after you have completed and paid for your registration.
If you select Original Signature Letter you will be charged $100.00 US (per letter) at the completion of your registration. (Canadian deliveries - allow 5-7 business days, all other countries - allow a minimum of 10 business days)

The exhibitor main contact will need to login to the exhibitor registration page. The first step will be to assign a key contact for your company. After that is completed you will need to select Add New Badges with *Visa Letters. After you select your country, click "Yes, I require an invitation letter."
