Exhibitor Hub Login Information

To log in to the Exhibitor Hub, you will need to create your own password the first time you access the hub.  Please NOTE: the email associated with your password is the primary contact for WasteExpo (the recipient of your invoice). If someone else should be the primary contact, please contact Nicki McNeill so she can update the contact information and get you what you need! Log in today to access the Event Platform where you can:

• Add company description, logo and website
• Add social media handles/accounts
• Select company or product categories
• Add company products
• Add header images, background image, press releases and more with an enhanced listing package
• Add or edit team members
• Modify of add public company contact information
• Connect with show participants and request meetings
• Respond to chats from attendees
• And more!

Exhibitor Hub Login Information

To access the Event Platform, click the "Access Event Platform" button in your Exhibitor Hub. Once redirected, select "Log in" at the top right and enter the email associated with your Exhibitor Hub. After logging in, click the pencil icon next to your company name to make edits. Alternatively, you can access the platform directly using the link: https://exhibitors.wasteexpo.com/. PLEASE NOTE:  You can view the updates you have made in the Event Platform here.  All attendees will be directed to our new Event Platform and Mobile App to view exhibitors and show information.  If you view the Floor Plan through our Exhibitor tab on the website, your changes on the Event Platform will not be reflected.  This version of the floor plan is for prospective exhibitors only to view what booths are available, and this floor plan is not promoted to attendees.

Your online exhibitor listing is a valuable tool that lets attendees know who you are.

You will want to update your online listing as soon as possible. Your online exhibitor directory listing includes:

• A company description & URL
• Your social media links
• Company logo
• Up to 10 product categories to assist in attendee searches
• One product image
• Change the current last sentence to say Login to the Exhibitor Hub and click on the Event Platform button to begin.

Please ask your Account Manager about upgrades and sponsorship opportunities. Login to the Exhibitor Hub and click on Edit Booth Info to begin. For help with the Event Platform, click here for a guide to the Exhibitor Hub and Event Platform.

Badges are allotted based on your booth size as follows:

• Four FREE badges per 100 square feet of booth space, up to a maximum of 50 free badges. (ie: if your booth is 100 sqft, you will receive four free badges. If it’s 400 sq ft, you will receive 16 free badges.)
• Badges beyond this allotment are priced at $55 per badge.

IMPORTANT: Exhibitor badges are for exhibitor personnel, not for guests or attendees. We do have two programs to allow you to invite an unlimited amount of your customers or guests to WasteExpo.  More information is below under “Customer Invite Program.”

Exhibitor Badges will provide access to:

• Show floor during setup/move-out hours, and all exhibit floor show hours
• Healthcare Waste Tabletops
• General Conferences (education sessions and tracks: Food Recovery Forum; Composting & Organics Recycling; Business Insights & Policy; Operations, Fleet & Safety; Recycling & Landfill; Sustainability Talks, Technology & Innovation)
• Does NOT include: Premium Conference & Co-located events:  Healthcare Waste Conference, Investor Summit. You can register for these at an additional cost when ordering your badges. 

The Exhibitor Service Kit (ESK) is your one stop guide for:

Show rules and regulations, booth guidelines, important deadlines, shipping information, move-in and move-out, targeted move-in floor plan, ordering carpet and any items for your booth, ordering internet or electricity, booth approval form, and much more. 

We encourage all exhibitors to access the ESK through the Exhibitor Hub so you can view the ESK among all the other links you’ll need to prepare for WasteExpo.

We have two easy ways to invite your customers to WasteExpo!

• VIP Pass – Download the VIP Pass and email it to as many customers as you would like, or simply share the promo code in the email with them. They would just register for the show and use the promo code to receive free exhibit hall access and a 25% discount off the Premium Conference Pass.
• Feathr – We have partnered with Feathr, which is accessible in your Exhibitor Hub. Once you log into your personalized dashboard, you can send invitations to your customers and use our WasteExpo branding to promote your presence at the show. For questions regarding feathr once it’s available, you can contact wasteexpo@informa.com.

Marketing and Sponsorships can add that little something extra to help you stand out from the crowd. We have a variety of options of all price points and ways to promote your brand.

Through our official hotel partner, onPeak, we provide reduced rates and travel discounts for your trip to WasteExpo. Note that onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are NOT endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
