How to Book Your Booth

STEP 1 - View the Floor Plan

Browse the floor plan for available booth locations highlighted in blue.

STEP 2 - Determine Your Digital Package

Every booth requires a digital listing package. Review the Digital Packages for your online and mobile app exposure before and during WasteExpo. Each package also includes a lead retrieval app license and our new Lead Insights program.

STEP 3 - Complete An Online Contract

If you have never exhibited at WasteExpo, please contact us at sales@wasteexpo.com so we can set you up as an exhibitor first.

If you have exhibited before, click on the contract link above, and then on the top right to log in. Pick your booth choices which will show the full current cost of that space. Then choose your listing package.

STEP 4 - Submit Your Completed Booth Contract

Review the Exhibit Terms and Conditions, sign the contract and submit your payment or request to be invoiced.

STEP 5 - Confirmation

Please note that your application will be reviewed by show management before your booth is confirmed. An updated invoice will be sent once approved.
