Health & Safety

Update 3/30/2022:
WasteExpo continues to prioritize the health and safety of all exhibitors and attendees by adhering to CDC and local government guidance. Presently, Clark County has made the decision to lift mask mandates in resorts and casinos, restaurants, bars, showrooms and meeting spaces. Masks are still recommended for individuals who are not fully vaccinated, those with underlying health conditions and in healthcare facilities.  Face masks will be available onsite for all guests at WasteExpo. We appreciate your patience as we adapt our policies to meet expert guidance and keep our exhibitors, attendees, vendors, partners and staff safe.

The health & safety of our community remains our top priority as we navigate in-person events in 2022. We are making preparations to run WasteExpo in accordance with all national, government and local authority guidance, as well as adapting the Informa AllSecure Plan, Informa’s approach to ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational effectiveness for all show participants.

Know Before You Go

WasteExpo will be organized in accordance with Informa AllSecure health and safety standards. WasteExpo will feature physical distancing, contactless registration, enhanced cleaning, and more.

Enhanced Cleaning

WasteExpo along with the Las Vegas Convention Center will be implementing enhanced cleaning with disinfection with a focus on high-touch areas.

Personal Hygiene

There will be hand sanitizer stations throughout the event space and encourage all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

Registration Process

Through increased use of technology and onsite planning, WasteExpo aims to minimize prolonged lines. ALL are encouraged to register online before the show to minimize close
contact with others.

Physical Distancing

Although there are no current restrictions regarding capacity limits, WasteExpo is still
setting most meeting space with some physical distancing.

Face Masks

Per CDC and local guidance, face masks are recommended but not required. There will be re-usable masks available onsite for any who desires one.

Current mask policy is subject to change based on CDC Guidance and local restrictions.

First-Aid

WasteExpo will have access to a qualified first aid responder for any immediate medical needs or medically related questions.
