You may contact one of our sales executives in our Become an Exhibitor section of the WasteExpo website to inquire about booth selection or for a Step-by-Step process including contracts, etc. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first served basis.

If you are interested in speaking, you must submit an abstract/proposal. Find out more on the guidelines here.

Do exhibitors receive Conference Passes?
|
|
Yes, this is a huge benefit to our exhibitors. Exhibitors can attend the WasteExpo Conference sessions at no additional charge. They simply need to provide a valid Exhibitor badge and a photo ID. This does not include the workshops, Waste Training Institute, Lunch-n-Learns, etc. and those can be purchased separately at an additional charge.

Can children attend the event/show floor?
|
|
You must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of WasteExpo.
|

What do I get with a standard 10x10 booth?
|
|
See listing of standard booth entitlements below:
- Draped exhibit space with 8’3” backdrop and 3’ side dividers
- 7” x 44” Company ID sign including company name and booth number
- Unlimited FREE exhibitor badges if ordered in advance before the registration cut-off date (approximately one month prior to the event)
- Exhibitors can attend the WasteExpo Conference sessions at no additional charge. Must have valid Exhibitor badge and a photo ID. Does not include the workshops, Waste Training Institute, Lunch-n-Learns, etc.
- Five (5) exhibit only badges per 10’ x 10’ booth
- 2 FREE Welcome Reception Tickets (Monday, May 20 from 6:30-9:30pm)
- Unlimited Guest Passes for your marketing campaign, inviting your clients and prospects to visit your booth
- Company listing on the on the Exhibitor List included in attendee marketing materials
- Company listing in the official Show Directory, used by over 12,000 people during and after the show
- Complimentary online Exhibitor Listing including contact information, link, and a 50-word description
- Exhibitor Service Kit: a guide to smooth planning, installing and dismantling of your exhibit space
If I miss a session I really wanted to attend, what can I do? Or, I can’t attend, but I’m interested in some of the sessions, are they available for purchase?
A good portion of the content from the conference is recorded and available for purchase after the event. Visit WasteExpo’s OnDemand Library for a list of available recorded sessions and pricing.

How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my Visa to enter the United States?
|
|
Once you have registered for WasteExpo 2013, letters of invitation are provided upon request. If you are unable to obtain a visa we will issue a full refund without charging the cancellation fee. Request for Invitation Letters can be sent through the registration system as you register for your attendee or exhibitor badge.

It is $50 until April 16, 2013 and goes up to $75 after that early-bird cut-off date.

Most session handouts are often available onsite and online after to the event for registered workshop attendees.
