Please be advised that Travel Technology Group (TTG) is the ONLY housing company authorized to represent themselves as WasteExpo’s housing partner. TTG is the only company authorized to use the WasteExpo name and/or logo within their promotion.
Neither exhibitors nor attendees are obligated to use TTG to book their hotel rooms however, TTG is the only company we will stand behind in terms of customer service, reliability and ethical business practices. If you choose to utilize the services of another company, we certainly respect your decision. We only caution you “buyer beware”. Based on Penton’s recent experiences with other trade shows held in Las Vegas, please be advised that there are a few disreputable companies that solicit exhibitors in Las Vegas based tradeshows, offering hotel rooms, but do not fulfill their obligation. Please research any company before entering into a business relationship with them. Unless your hotel rooms are booked through TTG, we unfortunately will not be able to intercede on your behalf should you run into any problems.

Please note we have not designated a headquarters hotel for WasteExpo 2009.
The WasteExpo Welcome Reception will be held on June 8th at Paris Las Vegas.
